Terms of Service
These terms explain how AuraWebs handles project scope, approvals, payments, revisions, and ownership for client work.
Project Scope
Each engagement begins with an agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables. Requests outside that scope may require an updated timeline or quote.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, brand assets, approvals, and access credentials needed to complete the project.
Payments
Invoices are due according to the proposal or contract. Work may pause if payments become overdue.
Delivery and Ownership
Final deliverables are transferred after full payment unless a different arrangement is stated in writing. AuraWebs may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality terms prevent it.
Support
Post-launch support, maintenance, and optimization are provided only when included in the agreement or purchased separately.
